Kiwi Gaming Foundation Limited
Kiwi Gaming Foundation (previously trading as CERT) was established in 2011 to assist with the Christchurch rebuild and has now extended it’s focus to supporting amateur sport, education, arts and culture, and other community initiatives in Canterbury, Dunedin, Lower Hutt, New Plymouth, Gisborne and Tauranga.
Kiwi Gaming Foundation is dedicated to making quality grants to local organisations that make a real difference in our community. Kiwi Gaming Foundation is committed to looking after its customers and stakeholders, and acting with honesty and integrity in all its dealings .
For the year end 31 March 2023, Kiwi Gaming Foundation contributed $8,884,727.82 in community funding.

Grassroots Trust
Grassroots Trust was established in 2003 to support sport, education and community organisations through the operation of gaming machines. Grassroots Trust operates 70 venues in the Northland, Auckland, Bay of Plenty, Hawkes Bay and Waikato. The Trust is committed to returning local funds to local communities and in the year end March 2023, Grassroots Trust provided $29,590,978.77 to sport, community and education groups.

Grassroots Trust is Maxserv’s longest standing client. Grassroots Trust is governed by a Board of Directors and Maxserv provide a complete management solution for the Trust.
Grassroots Trust has a long standing partnership with Maxserv. Maxserv offers an excellent all round management solution for the Trust and is able to provide a “one stop shop” solution for us. We’re able to leverage from Maxserv’s resources, expertise, knowledge and industry relationships, without the cost and day-to-day pressure of running an in-house model. The level of communication and high level reporting to the Board of Directors from Maxserv assures us that we are operating a highly compliant, sustainable Society model.
Grassroots Trust Central
Grassroots Trust Central, formally trading as Infinity Foundation, operates 22 venues in the Taranaki, East Coast, Hawkes Bay, Manawatu, Wellington Otago Regions and Malborough. The Trust is committed to returning local funds to local communities and in the year end July 2023, Grassroots Trust Central provided $7,870,703.72 to sport, community and education groups.

Masse Cue Sports Club
Masse Cue Sports Club was set up in 1991 by a group of players keen to play, develop and promote the games of snooker, billiards and pool. The Club is family friendly and provides a safe and welcoming environment for several thousand club members across the Waikato, Franklin and Auckland Regions. Masse also holds a Class 4 Operator’s Licence which enables it to operate gaming machines in each of its clubs and another gaming venue.

Pelorus Trust
The Pelorus Trust is a charitable trust based in Lower Hutt raising funds for charitable, philanthropic and sporting purposes through the operation of gaming machines. Pelorus Trust operates gaming machines at 16 venues between the Far North District down to Nelson/Marlborough and their philosophy is not to be the biggest gaming operators – just the best.

Youthtown Trust
In 2002 Youthtown Incoperated made the decision to establish its own line of funding by operating Class 4 gaming under Youthtown Trust. This allowed Youthtown Incorperated to grow nationally and have the ability to fund other non-Youthtown youth and community initiatives. Youthtown Trust operates 19 venues in the Auckland, Bay of Plenty, Waikato, Hawke’s Bay, West Coast, Canterbury and Otago regions.
